Job Description

We are in an exciting and transformative phase, strengthening our organizational structure with new functions at our headquarters and are currently looking for a Head of Tax.

AsHead of Taxat Stäubli Group, you will take ownershipofbuildingandleadingour global tax function in a complex, international manufacturing environment. This strategic position offers the opportunity to shape tax governance across multiple jurisdictions, covering areas such as transfer pricing,local direct taxes, and indirect taxation. Reporting directly to the Corporate Accounting Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior management, ensuring that tax considerations are fully integrated into business decisions.

Your mission is to establish a tax function that is agile, business-oriented, and aligned with

Stäubli’sHorizon Strategy. You will help simplify processes, cut through complexity, and accelerate decision-making while ensuring compliance and managing risks. Beyond technical excellence, you will champion

Stäubli’scommitment to being a fair and socially responsible taxpayer in every country weoperate. This role requires a proactive mindset, someone who embraces uncertainty, acts decisively, and drives meaningful change.

You are a senior tax professional with at least
10 years of experience in corporate taxation, ideally combining

Big 4 consultingand in-house tax leadership. You bring deepexpertisein international tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxation, along with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver practical solutions. You have a can-do attitude, take ownership, and lead with confidence. Most importantly, you care about people and culture—you dare to challenge, inspire, and builda strong team while fostering collaboration. Fluency in English is essential;additional languages

are a plus.
