Client Lifecycle Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for KYC and client onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence for higher‑risk clients, including assessment of source of wealth, ownership structures, transactional behavior, and jurisdictional risks.
• Support and maintain the periodic review process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of client data.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Compliance, and other control functions to address KYC queries and ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
• Contribute to the implementation of regulatory changes and continuous improvement of CLM processes and controls.
• Participate in remediation initiatives, quality assurance reviews, and internal / external audit requests.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on AML, onboarding standards, and best practices.

• 5–7 years of experience in KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, AML / Financial Crime, or a related control function within the banking sector.
• Solid understanding of Swiss regulatory expectations and global AML frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex client structures and identify financial crime risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence interacting across all levels of the bank.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Swiss residency required.

Preferred location:
Zurich (alternatively Geneva). Temporary mission: 9 months starting March 1st, 2026.
