**** The opportunity
** As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a controller to join our business controller team! As a business controller, you will support the controlling and finance team in managing and monitoring the financial performance of the business unit. The cost center controller is responsible for providing financial leadership, transparency and control for cost centers within the Business unit.
** How you’ll make an impact
*** Lead cost center controlling.
* Monitor and control cost center performance to ensure alignment with budgets and KPIs. Prepare monthly cost center management reports, variance analyses, and commentary for leadership. Support Cost Center leads with financial insight and cost optimization recommendations.
* Support monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking. Monitor costs, revenues, margins, and other key financial metrics to support data-driven decision making.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and validation.
* Contribute to improving financial data quality and processes. Work with SAP, Power BI and other finance tools to ensure data accuracy and automation.
* Support and Drive ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects.
** Your background
*** Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Mind. 2 years of relevant work experience in business controlling, sales controlling and/or accounting function, in complex international organization.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a finance/controlling career.
* Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with ERP/BI systems (SAP, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
* Profound knowledge of finance and control processes, IFRS regulations.
* Fluent in English, German is a plus.
