• Serve as the central point of contact for national and international clients and colleagues regarding direct tax accounting issues.
• Lead tax audits for international groups and single legal entities in Switzerland working closely with the assurance team to ensure high-quality audits.
• Assist clients in managing their tax functions by optimizing processes, providing tax technical insights and implementing innovative solutions.
• Develop your expertise in BEPS Pillar 2 and support the team in evaluating the tax implications for audit and advisory clients leveraging your knowledge to provide valuable insights.
• Oversee established client accounts with a focus on technical excellence and the continuous enhancement of existing processes.
• Take charge of your client portfolio with full responsibility for resourcing budgeting delivery and growth ensuring exceptional service and continuous development.
• Be an integral part of our multicultural team supporting the growth and development of your colleagues through effective coaching and leadership.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Tax Accounting and / or Tax Audit functions or a comparable position preferably in an international setting.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting and tax reporting concepts along with technical expertise in international reporting frameworks such as US GAAP and / or IFRS.
• Have experience in designing and executing tax functions for multinational companies. Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance is a plus.
• Show strong project management skills and an open mindset are essential.
• Combine an analytical mindset with effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required;
  German is considered as a plus.
