Our client is the compliance department of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a compliance specialist (m/f/d) to serve as the Senior Compliance Officer – Resolution Planning.

• Ensure the bank's recovery and resolution plan complies with all regulatory requirements and meets the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the recovery plan; prepare analyses of recovery and resolution planning for authorities.
• Continuously improve early warning indicators, recovery options, and crisis response plans.
• Oversee reports, written documents, and project management.
• Control project schedules, track progress, and minimise risk in all outcomes.
• Act as contact person for questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, presentations, and briefings for senior management on developments.
• Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from other functions to gather information and ensure high‑quality results.
• Participate in workshops with supervisory and resolution authorities.
• Organise and implement training and education.
• Carry out ad‑hoc projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or (Business) Law.
• CPA, CIA certification a plus.
• Professional experience in banking, auditing (Big
  4), consulting, or financial market supervision.
• In‑depth knowledge of banking and finance regulations, requirements, guidelines, and policies.
• Experience in restructuring planning, resolution, stress testing, or consulting.
• Meticulous approach to work with high standards for personal performance.
• Detail‑oriented with an eye for the big picture.
• Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders.
• Good presentation and communication skills; precise, structured, and flexible approach.
• Proficiency in English and German.
