Position: Junior Equity Derivatives Trader (m|f|x)
Location: Zürich

Overview

You will be part of the Public Distribution Trading Team in Zurich, which is part of Derivatives and Solutions within our UBS Investment Bank. Our mandate is to market-make UBS issued structured products in Europe and to facilitate demand for flow derivatives on Swiss names and indices globally. We interact closely with our colleagues in Sales and IT. You will be encouraged to participate in global training's to network across UBS.

Responsibilities
  • market making and risk management of structured products, exchange-traded and over-the-counter options on European and US equity names and indices
  • coverage of retail clients across different markets
  • close cooperation with sales to optimize our offering
  • analysis of market/trading data to develop profitable trading strategies
  • continuous enhancement of market making technology
  • excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • strong interest in the financial markets
  • advanced programming skills
  • fluent in English and ideally in German
  • trading experience is a plus
