Head of: Legal​/Compliance​/Finance​/Risk Management

For our latest mandate within the financial services sector, we are currently hiring:

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with 10+ years PQE
• Deep expertise in Swiss financial regulatory law
• Experience in regulated financial institutions or top law firms
• Fluent in German and English

• Act as primary contact for FINMA and Swiss authorities
• Oversee Swiss compliance framework (incl. AML, conduct rules)
• Identify, manage, and report regulatory and compliance risks
• Advise senior management on Swiss regulatory matters

• 10+ years of compliance experience in regulated financial services
• Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation
• Proven regulatory and supervisory authority exposure
• Fluent in German and English

• Oversee accounting, financial, and regulatory reporting
• Manage Swiss regulatory and tax filings
• Support capital, liquidity, and financial planning

• 8+ years of experience in finance within Swiss financial services
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting and regulatory reporting
• Fluent in German and English

• Act as primary contact for FINMA on risk-related topics
• Develop and maintain Swiss risk management frameworks
• Ensure alignment between local requirements and group strategy

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within financial services
• Strong Swiss regulatory and supervisory authority experience
• Fluent in German and English
