Position: Risk Operations & Governance Specialist (80-100%)
Location: Zürich

Tasks
  • Manage our Risk Operations: risk register, technical and process‑related risk assessments, controls, and monitoring
  • Further develop our Internal Control System (ICS), with a focus on IT controls, system documentation, interfaces, and automation
  • Coordinate compliance activities and support regulatory requirements, especially in IT security, data governance, and group policies
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring technical evidence, process flows, and remediation measures
  • Prepare risk, compliance, and governance reports for the CRO, Management Team, and group functions
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Security, Operations, and Group Risk/Compliance to harmonize processes and standards
  • Actively contributes to the transition toward new group processes: analysis, alignment, implementation, and change support
  • Support the CRO in the functional leadership of the department - without direct line responsibility, but with clear development potential
Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Risk Management, ICs, Compliance, or Audit - ideally in an IT‑driven or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of IT controls, system architectures, interfaces, authorization concepts, and security standards
  • Experience in process harmonization and group alignment
  • Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Motivation to grow into future leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent German and English skills
