Our client is the Asset Management division of an international Swiss bank in Zurich. We are searching for a middle office professional (m, f, d) as a Controller Fund Operations
.

• Support the processing of orders in fund operations in the middle office as a member of a team.
• Controlling the execution of the operational fund business, e.g. billing processes, contract management, and fee flows.
• Close cooperation with counterparts in custodian banks, transfer agents, fund administrators, tax advisors, etc.
• SPOC for outsourcing management and multifaceted day‑to‑day issues.
• Support with error tracking and quality management.
• Assisting with the booking of orders in trading systems.
• Control of the cash flow of the funds.
• Controlling the data quality of write‑offs, performance shares, side pockets, etc.
• Support fund structuring projects.
• Control of administrative matters such as general meeting resolutions, changes in management, etc.
• Preparation of regulatory and annual reports and management of fund taxation matters.
• Cooperation with various departments during due diligence of new investments.
• Assisting with the implementation of fund products in systems until the processes are correctly installed.
• Review and control of updated regulatory requirements and investor investment limits in systems.
• Implementation of risk controls to maintain high data and process quality.
• Communication and cooperation with various specialists in the Funds department.

• Master's or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting or Banking & Finance.
• Professional experience in asset management with funds in an operational function.
• Understanding of the fund industry, e.g. fund accounting, fund structuring, custodial and banking services, fund taxation, fund investments, etc.
• Analytical personality with a hands‑on approach.
• Attention to detail.
• Interest in managing workload efficiently and meeting fixed deadlines.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented personality with an independent work style.
• Interest in smooth collaboration with colleagues or stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a strong customer focus.
• IT flair and MS Office skills.
• German (C2/1) as well as English.
