Ein Master oder Ph.D. in relevanten Bereichen sowie Erfahrung im Risikocontrolling sind erforderlich. Sie sollten analytische Fähigkeiten besitzen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Themen zu präsentieren. Teamorientierung und Interesse an Regulierung sind ebenso wichtig.
