In this role, your main responsibility will be to support a Team of EAM Relationship Manager in their daily transactions.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to EAM Relationship Managers in their day-today tasks
- Understanding the needs and expectations of External Asset Managers and their clients
- Welcoming clients on the phone and at the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Organizing client business meetings and various other support duties for the EAM Relationship Managers
- Placing and monitoring of stock exchange, FX, FD and loan orders
- Support Private Bankers in completing credit applications and KYC
- Performing account maintenance procedures including account openings and closings, payment orders, cash and transaction management
- Ensuring that all business is executed in compliance with local relevant laws, regulations and bank internal policies
- Handling daily administrative tasks, phone calls and correspondence (internal and external)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Private Banking in an Assistant Relationship Manager or similar support role
- Prior experience with Avaloq and/or other CRM systems is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Private Banking processes, documentation, and client servicing standards
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and German.
