• Contribute to Controlling excellence and the development of Product Costing
• Perform product calculations and further develop the cost allocation model
• Support the analysis and international reporting of key financial indicators
• Participate in the monthly and quarterly closing process, particularly inventory valuation
• Play a central role in the Budget and Forecast process as well as the strategic 5-year plan
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and oversee payroll accounting and analysis

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company
• Familiarity with standard cost allocation models and full cost accounting, with willingness to handle complex product cost structures and drive standardization and improvements
• High IT affinity with advanced MS Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (ideally Oracle); knowledge of Power BI and RPA software is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
