Your mission

You make sure everything runs smoothly at LEASETEQ – from reviewing leasing applications to operational steering, reporting, and following up with customers and dealers. You bring your underwriting expertise to the table, keeping processes efficient and customers happy. Your focus is on excellent service, accurate analysis, and clear communication, in French, English, and German is a strong plus.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team that’s rethinking digitalization and automation in the leasing industry, playing a key role in combining quality with growth.

• Reviewing and processing leasing applications with independent decision-making authority, while maintaining close collaboration with Sales and Customer Care.
• Following up with customers to get documents needed to approve the application.
• Creating and analyzing reports on business performance, KPIs, and service levels.
• Identifying optimization opportunities and actively implementing improvements in processes and tools.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (AML, SRO, KKG, ZEK) through thorough documentation, controls, and reporting.
• Collaborating with IT/Product teams to enhance data quality and system integrations.
• Supporting teams with complex queries related to underwriting, credit policies, and compliance topics.
• Contributing to process automation projects, training new colleagues, and promoting knowledge sharing.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management.
• Proven experience in underwriting, ideally within the leasing, finance, or insurance sector.
• Fluent in English;
  German and/or Italian are a strong plus. Strong command of French, both spoken and written – an absolute must‑have!
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to finding efficient solutions.
• You enjoy speaking to customers and dealers to see how we can improve our service and processes even further.
• Strong communication skills, self‑organized, and comfortable collaborating across different teams.
