Duration: 6 months

Everstride Partners is an AI-driven M&A advisory boutique focused on supporting high-growth small- and mid-sized companies across the DACH region and broader Europe in sell-side, buy-side, and buy-and-build transactions.

Your Role

You will be fully integrated into our deal teams, actively contributing to the execution of live M&A transactions and the preparation of client pitches.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
• Conducting market, industry, and company research
• Supporting financial modelling and company valuation (e.g. DCF, trading comps, transaction comps)
• Assisting the deal team in the execution of live M&A and fundraising transactions

Your Profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Currently enrolled in the final stage of a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Finance, Economics or related field)
• Previous internship experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategy is preferred
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong team orientation
