Our Swiss Team is seeking a Business Manager to support the Management Team in delivering the business's strategic, commercial, and operational objectives. As a trusted partner to bankers and key stakeholders, you will drive strategic initiatives, provide actionable business insights, coordinate governance activities, and foster effective collaboration across a broad range of internal functions.

YOUR

ROLE
  • Drive the execution and monitoring of the strategic agenda for the Swiss German Market in close collaboration with the Management Team.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Local Managing Director (LMD) on cross-functional topics and representational activities across the region.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for bankers on commercial, operational, and organizational matters, while coordinating operational and administrative activities in support of the local management team.
  • Design, coordinate, and oversee key local initiatives and projects, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support business management activities, including revenue monitoring, pricing initiatives, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of management committees, business reviews, leadership meetings, and offsites, including agenda setting, content development, and follow-up actions.
  • Partner with Business Risk Management to support the identification, monitoring, and mitigation of business and operational risks.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking, with exposure to front-office activities, business development, consulting, business management, and/or management support functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, formulate recommendations, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, hands‑on, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a senior stakeholder environment, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and governance structures.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;
    French would be a strong asset.
