We're looking for curious, motivated graduates with strong people skills who want to grow, learn, and make a difference. If you hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD and have up to three years of professional experience, apply for our 18-month Graduate Programme starting on 1 September 2027.
Y'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of reinsurance, rotate into different local teams, and receive tailored training to build your expertise. About the RoleThis role places you at the heart of Swiss Re's decision-making, offering direct exposure to executive-level strategy and a broad range of topics. You will contribute to the development of the Group's strategic agenda, provide insights through rigorous analyses, and support decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation. Working in a dynamic, global environment, this role provides a platform for career growth, learning, and impact within the Group.
Keyresponsibilities
- Support the development of the Group strategic agenda through analyses, research, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive transformation and value creation across business units and group functions.
- Deliver proactively insights through market, competitor, and financial analyses to help identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare materials for the Executive Group and Board of Directors and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
- Operate globally, engaging with stakeholders from various business areas and geographies in a fast-paced environment.

AboutYou
We are looking for people who:
- Strong analytical/data processing skills, able to break down complexity and prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships across functions and geographies.
- Excellent command in Englisch (written and verbally), every additional language is a plus.
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, insurance or related roles is a plus.
The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
