Traxel Talent works with selected top tier private banks in Zurich and Geneva. For them we are looking for Senior Relationship Managers who look after UHNW and single family office relationships with clients domiciled in Switzerland.

Lead and develop a book of UHNW and single family office relationships in the Swiss market. Be the first point of contact for principals, family office heads and their advisors. Bring investment solutions, lending, structured solutions, private markets and wealth structuring together with the bank's specialists. Shape the advisory approach of the platform.

You have several years of relationship management AND acquisition experience with UHNW clients and single family offices in Switzerland. Your clients are domiciled in Switzerland, and your book reflects your own advisory work. Your compliance record is clean and your references hold up. You speak fluent German and English. Clients trust you, colleagues like working with you, and you do not need a slide deck to prove either.

We assess personality before business plan. The first conversation is about how you advise and who you are. Numbers come in the second.
