Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:

• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience;
• support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties;
• manage daily business in HNW/UHNW client servicing and provide high quality service;
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits;
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients;
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting;
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability

reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence;

• support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings.

You’ll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) WM APAC Switzerland - Taiwan Team in Zurich.

As Client Account Manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.

• Financial Services experience, ideally within a client facing team either minimum 1 years in financial services industry, or minimum 2 years in other relevant commercial sectors;
• fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Mandarin will be considered as an asset;
• proven ability to execute tasks and being solution oriented;
• works with discretion, diligence and adaptability to changing business or operation needs;
• good communication and interpersonal skills will can help you succeed in the role;
• strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure;
• sound record of being a team player with strong sense of responsibility and productive collaboration;
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standard and ethical use.
