Who we’re looking for

We are looking for graduates who are passionate about Wealth Management, resilient in a dynamic environment, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life. You will excel if you are analytical, proactive, and truly client-focused, with the curiosity to keep learning and the confidence to communicate with integrity and empathy. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, be interested in world events and markets, and have a strong desire to solve problems, innovate, and help clients reach their financial goals.

  Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data using critical thinking, identify errors and draw meaningful insights.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications we’re looking for

• A bachelor or master degree or equivalent – we’re not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade, however a STEM or finance related degree would be beneficial
• You will be in your final year of study or already graduated
• A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• The ability to understand our target audiences
