Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Working Student in our Private Equity Product and Solutions Management team. You will be working in Zurich, and we aim to onboard you in February 2027.

As part of Schroders Capital, you will assist team members in the management and fundraising of our private equity funds and mandate solutions.

The team

Since forming in 1997, Schroders Capital’s private equity business has successfully expanded into all areas of private equity – global Venture Capital, European and US buyouts, Asia Growth, with investment teams on the ground in Zurich, London, New York, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Seoul. The role will be within the Product and Solutions Management team comprising of 12 people.

What you'll do

The Working Student will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team, with high levels of interaction with investment professionals, client directors and other inhouse functions . Key responsibilities for the Working Student will include focus around client deliverables and product development, primarily focusing on:

Working in close alignment with Investment, Fund Operations and Legal teams for the development and management of private equity funds and mandates

Supporting the preparation of Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), pitch books and other materials

Preparing and gathering competitor information on products and investment strategies, including comparable performance data

Supporting the sales teams in their business activities, including but not limited to providing information on Schroder Capital’s products, RFPs, dataroom management and handling client information requests

Reviewing and overseeing of sales pipeline and CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure information is up to date and accurate for management reporting purposes
