Tax & Financial-Planning Expert; or fractional

True Wealth (CHF 3.4bn under management, 50'000 clients, FINMA-licensed asset manager) is building a digital financial- and retirement-planning service inside its app. You are the authority on whether a financial plan is right: you author the validated reference cases that set the standard, curate the tax and pension knowledge base across all 26 cantons, quality-assure the plans the service produces, own the plain-language rationale behind every recommendation, and validate the cantonal tax logic.

Reports to the CEO. Full-time or a fractional/advisory arrangement.

• eidg. dipl. Steuerexperte/-expertin (or at minimum Treuhänder/-in mit eidg. Fachausweis) and Experte/Expertin in Finanz- und Vorsorgeplanung mit eidg. Diplom (or at minimum Finanzplaner/-in mit eidg. Fachausweis); experience as the tax reference (second- or third-level support) in a financial-planning or private-banking function; rigour in turning judgement into explicit, testable rules; fluent German and English (Swiss German a plus); valid Swiss work permit (or EU/EFTA nationality with willingness to relocate to Zurich).
