The role operates and improves trading platforms, manages second-line production incidents, and coordinates releases and change control. Production tickets, improvement backlogs, application configuration, and knowledge resources remain part of the daily operating scope.

Institutional client integrations require connectivity through FIX, REST, and Web Socket APIs. The application manager supports conformance testing and coordinates with clients, vendors, cloud teams, engineering, trading, operations, relationship managers, and delivery partners.

Incident management includes root-cause analysis and the follow-through required to improve reliability, speed, and scalability. Jira or a similar ticketing and backlog system is part of the stated technical environment.

• Manage L2 production incidents and root-cause work.
• Coordinate releases, change control, and integration testing.
