About the Employer
A well-established player in international trade and cross-border financial transactions, we are strengthening our team and seeking a Trade Finance Expert with strong expertise in documentary instruments, capable of structuring and securing complex international transactions in a demanding environment.
Trade Finance Expert / Letters of CreditKey Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance, advising, confirmation and monitoring of Letters of Credit and bank guarantees
- Ensure documentary compliance in line with UCP 600, ISBP, ICC rules and SWIFT standards
- Identify and assess documentary, contractual and operational risks
- Maintain and develop relationships with correspondent banks and international counter parties
- Contribute to internal process improvement, control frameworks and team training
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Trade Finance (banking, trading or financial institutions)
- Strong expertise in documentary trade instruments
, compliance and risk management - Proficient with digital tools (
SWIFT, Excel, Trade Finance systems
) - Languages:
French and English required
, is an asset - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
