Responsabilities:
- Draft, review and maintain the Bank's Best Execution policies, standards and related directives.
- Design and enhance Best Execution governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities and oversight arrangements.
- Act as subject matter expert on Best Execution requirements and financial markets regulation for internal stakeholders.
- Assess the Bank's Best Execution arrangements against applicable regulatory requirements and identify gaps.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices and translate them into policy updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent implementation.
Your Profile:
- Education: Law degree, or recognised expertise as a Best Execution specialist
- Experience: Expertise in financial markets regulation and Best Execution requirements
- Trainings & certificates: Required trainings completed and relevant certificates/exams, where applicable
- Excellent written and spoken English required. German is an advantage.
