Senior Avaloq Engineer / Java / Event Streaming / Investments & Pensions / 50 % / Zurich
For a challenging banking project in the area of investments and pensions, we are looking for an experienced Avaloq Dev Ops Engineer. The focus is on integrating a new order management system and further developing securities processing. The goal is to increase the STP rate, reduce risks, and improve the quality of banking processes.
Start date:
January 1, 2027, in Zurich, 50% position for 12 months.
For a challenging banking project in the area of investments and pensions, we are looking for an experienced Avaloq Dev Ops Engineer. The focus is on integrating a new order management system and further developing securities processing. The goal is to increase the STP rate, reduce risks, and improve the quality of banking processes.
Start date:
January 1, 2027, in Zurich, 50% position for 12 months.
- Parameterization and further development of portfolio management functions and master data extensions in Avaloq
- Development of event streaming interfaces to other systems
- Support and further development of Java-based software components
- Support for ongoing operations as well as analysis and resolution of malfunctions
- Contributing to quality improvements and the optimization of securities processing.
- Collaboration in an agile Dev Ops team according to SAFe and SCRUM
- At least 10 years of experience in Avaloq parameterization
- Knowledge of customer-specific Avaloq implementation
- Experience with agile development methods, ideally SAFe and SCRUM
- Knowledge of Java and interface development, especially event streaming
- Willingness to take on operational tasks within the framework of the Dev Ops approach
- Interest in the area of investments & retirement planning
- Analytical, structured work style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Kafka/Event Streaming, interface integration as well as Avaloq Portfolio Management, master data and banking processes in the area of investments & retirement planning.
