Compliance Specialist, Finance & Banking

We are supporting a leading private banking and wealth management organisation looking for a Compliance Specialist – Best Execution to provide subject matter expertise and ensure that its Best Execution arrangements remain compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with industry best practices.

• Draft, review and maintain Best Execution policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Best Execution requirements and financial markets regulation.
• Support the ongoing compliance of the bank’s Best Execution arrangements with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review and maintain existing policies and standards to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on Best Execution-related matters.
• Apply strong analytical judgement and attention to detail when reviewing regulatory requirements and governance documentation.

• Law degree with expertise in financial markets regulation and Best Execution requirements, or experience as a Best Execution specialist with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Sound understanding of Best Execution requirements and financial markets regulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
