Senior RFP Specialist

Do you enjoy contributing to winning new business? Are you interested in deepening your knowledge of Vontobel’s investment strategies and the needs of institutional clients? As part of our Request for Proposal (RFP) team, you will play an important role in supporting new business opportunities and existing institutional client relationships. You will work closely with colleagues across Vontobel Institutional Clients and the Center of Excellence Investments to deliver high-quality RFPs and DDQs.

Based in Zurich, you will cover a broad range of asset classes and investment strategies while deepening your RFP and DDQ expertise and your knowledge of our investment strategies.

• Independently manage RFP and DDQ projects from initiation through to final delivery.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to develop and coordinate compelling, high-quality responses.
• Maintain and enhance our Q&A library and investment consultant databases, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and up to date.
• Become the go-to RFP and DDQ expert for the DACH region.

• Extensive financial services experience, preferably in Asset Management with at least 5 years of RFP and DDQ experience.
• In-depth knowledge of different asset classes and in particular expertise in multi asset investing.
• Strong client-service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with native-level of German and fluent English.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong ability to manage and work with data using a range of tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Interest in AI and willingness to use AI-enabled tools.
