Eine große geriatrische Institution in Zürich sucht eine Pflegefachperson für das Gesundheitszentrum Gehrenholz. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess, insbesondere in der Nacht, und arbeiten eng mit Ärzten und Therapeuten zusammen. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung mit Tracheostoma mit und haben eine oberflächliche Ausbildung.
Wir bieten hervorragende Bedingungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem professionellen Team. Die Anstellung ist zum 1. Mai 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.
