Freelance Analytical Technician – Pharmaceutical QC Laboratory (Switzerland)

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Technician to support quality control laboratory activities for a pharmaceutical client in Switzerland. This role focuses on hands‑on analytical testing in a GMP environment, supporting increased workload and ensuring timely, compliant release of materials and products.

Type: Freelance / Contract

Experience:

4 years minimum required

• Perform routine and non‑routine analytical testing in a GMP QC laboratory
• Execute analyses using classical analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and MS
• Support or execute method validations and transfers
• Document results in line with GDP and GMP requirements
• Work on defined product types (drug substance, drug product, intermediates, or raw materials)
• Support investigations, troubleshooting, and peak workload activities

• 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech QC laboratory
• Strong practical experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS)
• Experience working in GMP‑regulated environments
  
  Comfortable working fully on‑site in a laboratory setting
• Able to work independently and deliver under time pressure
• English required;
  German is a strong advantage
