Eine Pflegeeinrichtung in Zürich sucht eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ zur Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie die Bewohner, bilden Lernende aus, und aktivieren die Bewohner in ihrer Alltagsgestaltung. Sie sollten über zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung und eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ verfügen. Gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreicher Alltag in einem motivierten Team.
