Eine führende geriatrische Institution in Zürich sucht eine Fachperson Gesundheit, die im Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Grünau mit 80-100% Arbeitseinsatz tätig wird. Die Stelle umfasst die Pflege und Unterstützung älterer Menschen sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit einem engagierten Team.
