Sie begleiten den gesamten Employee Life Cycle – von Rekrutierung über Beratung von Führungskräften bis Personalentwicklung – und arbeiten eng mit dem COO zusammen, um die HR-Strategie weiterzuentwickeln.
Sie bringen eine eidg. HR-Fachperson-Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss im HR mit und verfügen über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
