Smart Recruiters Project Manager | ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong Project Management experience delivering enterprise recruitment technology implementations
- Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end Smart Recruiters implementations
- Strong understanding of Smart Recruiters configuration, integrations, workflows and implementation lifecycle
- Experience managing projects from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment and go-live
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT and third-party implementation partners
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources
- Strong experience coordinating integrations with wider HR technology and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and global project teams
- Experience delivering Smart Recruiters within complex international organisations
- Experience integrating Smart Recruiters with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP Success Factors
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate journeys and Talent Acquisition transformation
- Experience managing data migration, UAT, change management and user adoption
- Smart Recruiters certification or relevant implementation accreditation advantageous
- Previous experience working within Switzerland or supporting Swiss-based programmes
Our client is seeking an experienced Smart Recruiters Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Smart Recruiters implementation based in Zurich.
You will manage the programme end-to-end, coordinating HR, Talent Acquisition, IT and implementation partners across requirements, configuration, integrations, testing and deployment.
