** We are looking for a Head of Retail Talent Acquisition to help architect and lead a world-class, field-embedded hiring model. Supporting our ambitious retail expansion, you will lead a global team of regional Senior Talent Partners who are embedded in the field. Your mission is to move us away from transactional recruiting and toward a bespoke, craft-led approach—setting the strategic TA roadmap, modernizing our operating model, and serving as a true growth partner to Retail Operations.
** Your Mission
*** Your mission is to architect and lead the global transformation of Retail Talent Acquisition—bridging global brand vision with high-touch, field-embedded execution while leading our elevation to premium across every candidate and store touchpoint. You will evolve our recruiting model into a strategic, high-impact driver of growth
* Architect of the  Craft-Led  Model:
Define the global standards for what it means to be a  Field-Embedded  Talent Acquisition Partner at On, ensuring consistency in quality and  judgement  across all regions.
* Expansion Engine:
Lead the TA strategy for New Store Openings globally, ensuring that our Retail Recruiters are on the ground, coaching Store Managers and owning the quality of every hire from the first interview to the ribbon-cutting.
* Direct Leadership of Field Partners:
Lead, mentor, and empower a distributed team of regional Retail Recruiters. You will coach them on how to influence Area Managers and how to  raise the bar  on hiring decisions.
* Strategic Partnership:
Act as the primary Global Talent Acquisition partner to the Head of Retail Operations and Regional GMs, aligning talent strategy with local market nuances and store performance needs.
* Operational Quality over Quantity:
Shift the focus from  filling seats  to long-term impact. You will be responsible for global metrics that matter: hiring bar quality, early attrition reduction, and the  WOW  candidate experience.
* Inclusive Excellence:
Champion inclusive hiring by ensuring your teams are coaching bias awareness directly into the store-level interview process.
** Your Story
*** You bring 10+ years of experience in premium retail or performance-brand talent acquisition, with a deep belief that recruiting is a leadership act, not an administrative task.
* You are a proven leader of Recruiters who has successfully managed distributed teams and understands how to drive impact through proximity and presence.
* You possess expansion expertise, having successfully managed the talent logistics of multiple New Store Openings in a high-growth, premium environment.
* You are a confident advisor who can navigate a matrixed organization, influence senior operational leaders, and constructively challenge  fast but wrong  hiring decisions.
* You are a fluent communicator with the influence to align global standards with the local realities of our store teams across the world.
