. You’ll be the strategic partner to founders and senior leaders, running complex searches, building pipelines, and ensuring we bring hiring to the next level

• Lead end-to-end hiring
• Hunt top talent proactively

• Build a pipeline of future leaders aligned with our growth plans
• Challenge role definitions, seniority levels, and hiring priorities
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience (senior candidates love us!)
• Improve processes, tools, and data - constantly raising the bar
• Support onboarding so new leaders hit the ground running

• 5+ years of experience in senior/leadership hiring - startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments
• Experienced in active sourcing
• Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise
• Strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves
• Obsessed with candidate experience and employer brand
• Fluent in German & English
