Ihre Aufgaben- Bearbeitung von Bewerbungen und Selektion von Kandidaten
- Administrative Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess
- Telefonische Akquisition von Stellen/Vakanzen
- Direktansprache von potenziellen Kandidaten
- Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
- Unterstützung bei Interviews
- Erstellen von Kandidaten-Dossiers
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung von Vorteil
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, Spanisch , Portugiesisch oder Italienisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Word und Excel
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Zuvorkommendes und kundenorientiertes Handeln
- Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
