We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter/ Business Development Executive to join our dynamic service sales team and drive our ambitious growth targets. In this role, you will leverage Fujitsu’s extensive service portfolio—including data, cloud, blockchain, IoT, AI, ML, and quantum-inspired solutions—to expand our market presence and secure new clients. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual with a true 'hunter' mentality, skilled in identifying business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, generating leads, and closing deals. - Actively pursue new business across diverse sectors, with a focus on IT outsourcing and Fujitsu’s global solutions portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in Managed Workplace Services, datacenter transformation, hybrid cloud, and digitalization.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential leads, attending industry events to network and expand business opportunities.
- Engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social selling, demonstrating mastery of tools like Linked In and Cognism to build strong connections.
- Articulate the value of Fujitsu’s IT outsourcing solutions and negotiate profitable, strategic deals.
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted outreach and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- 10+ years of experience in IT or service sales, with a proven record of acquiring new logos and closing deals.
- Expertise in social selling tools, such as Linked In and Cognism, to effectively engage with prospects.
- Strong understanding of market trends and ability to tailor sales strategies to various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging C-level executives.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
- Fluent in English and German;
French is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
