• Elicitation and documentation of detailed business and system requirements for Channels Admin and Support Tool (CAST)
• Collaboration with product teams, IT architects, security specialist and compliance stakeholders to align on access control frameworks
• Configuration support and testing oversight during SIT and UAT for CAST-enabled functionalities
• Maintenance of central artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices and change logs
• Facilitation of workshops and sign-offs with business representatives and control functions
• Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within a financial services organisation
• Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements for IT applications and integrations
• In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) frameworks
• Understanding of core banking platforms and systems and their integration touchpoints
• Experience configuring, testing or validating access rights and permissions in SIT and UAT phases
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, change logs
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering sign-offs and coordinating with business units and control functions (Legal, Compliance, IT Security)
• Strong grasp of data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)
• Fluency in English and good German language skills are mandatory
• CDPP, POPM/PSPO/CSPO
