Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will join IBM Consulting, supporting strategic AI initiatives for one of our key clients. In this role, you will design end‑to‑end AI architectures, define technical approaches, and guide teams in implementing scalable AI and ML solutions. You will act as a trusted expert, bringing thought leadership and ensuring that all technical components align with business goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Design AI architectures and solution patterns to support enterprise use cases, including Agentic AI frameworks.
• Define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and governance.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Azure AI services and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and tools for suitability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate on PoVs, prototypes, and pilot implementations to validate architectural approaches.
• Ensure AI solutions meet ethical, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support knowledge sharing and technical upskilling across the AI delivery teams.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services, data platforms, and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI principles, LLM orchestration, and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into AI technical solutions.
• Proven expertise in AI solution architecture and enterprise‑scale implementation.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
