Senior Manager – Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)
Join Agoda as a Senior Manager – Flights Marketing and help drive growth in our Flights vertical.

In this role, you’ll get to- Define marketing strategy for the Flights vertical (outside of pricing).
- Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of strategies to grow Agoda’s Flights business across channels such as CRM and paid performance marketing.
- Conduct end-to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven channel growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply teams to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and interpret complex data using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Extensive experience: 8+ years in data analysis or related projects in big‑data environments, preferably in tech, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, math, engineering, economics, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouses – SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful and visually appealing presentations.
- Stakeholder management:
Ability to influence and persuade across all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen. - People‑management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven, get‑thing‑done attitude.
- Experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Experience in the online travel or e‑commerce industry.
- Experience in hypothesis‑testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
