• Develop subject-specific foundations for creating project assignments
• Analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT systems, and material resources, and identify weaknesses
• Translate business requirements into ICT requirements
• Prepare quality assurance measures according to specified requirements
• Develop solution proposals and decision-making bases based on the gathered requirements
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the outcomes of these communications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• You are a team- and customer-oriented personality with excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• You have a quick grasp of new concepts, a high level of initiative, and a structured way of working
• You can explain and present complex topics in an understandable way and possess excellent communication skills
• German and English language skills are a must-have
• You are used to working independently but can also collaborate closely with stakeholders and the offshore team
