Senior Associate - Service Manager in Client Technology (100%)
Join EY as a Senior Associate – Service Manager in Client Technology (100%) and play a key role in the Europe West Regional Technology Hub (EW RTH). You will work across technology and business teams to implement emerging technologies and deliver high‑quality service to clients.
The OpportunityThe role is part of the Service Management & Operations (SMO) Team and serves as the main liaison between customers and internal/external IT teams. It ensures service stability, excellent customer experience, compliance, budget control and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Centricity – deliver consistent high‑quality customer service, support cost improvement and budget control.
- Service Operations – drive end‑to‑end management of services, maintain a stable support model, and adhere to QA standards.
- Infrastructure Stability – leverage EY standard hosting options, stay current with end‑of‑life activities, and direct optimisation requests to global teams.
- Continuous Improvement – manage service improvement and innovation plans, monitor processes, and implement enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer‑related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in technology infrastructure and/or service management.
- Experience working in a multicultural global environment.
- Experience managing a multi‑supplier and hybrid service delivery model.
- Knowledge of TAX, payroll and accounting tools (Abacus and Dr. Tax) is recommended.
- Robust analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Well‑organised, efficient, results‑driven with excellent consulting skills.
- Solid experience in infrastructure, application support and software distribution.
- Experience in service management and reporting.
- Efficient time‑management and prioritisation.
- Good management skills in a matrix organisation.
- Robust understanding of service delivery methodologies.
- Background as developer, system admin or Dev Ops engineer is an advantage.
- ITIL certification is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
French and German optional.
