In this role you will oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring the stability, performance and reliable delivery of key IT systems and services. You’ll lead incident and problem management to maintain service continuity, while also driving critical delivery processes including release and test management. Furthermore you’ll be responsible for guiding solutions from concept to production— business analysis, solution design, development, implementation and deployment for both operational enhancements (Run-the-Bank) and strategic transformation initiatives (Change-the-Bank).

• Ensure stable Applications/Services, Incident–Problem Mgmt, Application Lifecycle, Release– & Test Management
• Business Analysis, Solution Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Deployment of Fixes (RtB) and Changes (CtB) in coordination with vendor/software provider/stakeholders
• Coordination of environment– and service setup
• Close cooperation with Business stakeholders / responsible, application engineers and other stakeholders
• Understand IT Governance Processes, Budgeting, Resource planning and Risk Management on a high level
• Develop, test and deploy according to standards and best practice
• Foster agile methodologies and tools

• Education in Information Technology
• Min. 3 years of experience as ITSO/AR
• Analytical & Coordination skills
• Independent working style and self-responsible
• Good communication and coordination skills
