IT Dev Ops - Flowable ITSO 100% (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring stable applications and services, incident and problem management, application lifecycle, and release & test management
• Business analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of fixes (Run‑the‑Bank) and changes (Change‑the‑Bank) in coordination with vendors and stakeholders
• Coordinating environment and service setup across the organisation
• Cooperating closely with business stakeholders, application engineers, and other parties
• Understanding IT governance processes, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management at a high level
• Developing, testing, and deploying solutions according to standards and best practice
• Fostering agile methodologies and tools

Essential qualifications and profile:

• Education in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an ITSO/AR
• Analytical and coordination skills
• Independent working style and self‑responsibility
• Strong communication and coordination skills
