UX Researcher; III

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher in Zurich to lead moderately complex research projects with minimal oversight. You will apply qualitative and/or quantitative methods to uncover insights that directly influence product strategy and decision‑making. You'll communicate findings clearly, collaborate across teams, and contribute to advancing UX research practices. As a trusted expert, you may lead specific initiatives or areas within the team.

In this role you will be a strategic and user‑centric Researcher to lead and execute research initiatives that inform and shape product and business decisions. This role is pivotal in driving inclusive, insight‑driven innovation across products and services by deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and industry trends.
