What You’ll Do
  • Convert finance requirements to functional solutions within our ERP platform, focusing on adding value and reducing off‑system working practices.
  • Develop a deployment roadmap and manage integration with existing operations.
  • Ensure effective communications and expectations with internal and external stakeholders by chairing and conducting regular project team meetings.
  • Assess and contribute to business processes and functional requirements definitions through knowledge of standard processes and practices within ERP modules.
  • Gather and challenge the needs from internal stakeholders, primarily finance, production and operations teams.
  • Ensure implemented solutions comply with internal and regulatory policies and non‑conforming processes are sought out and aligned.
  • Contribute to the wider Enterprise Systems strategy providing financial input on technology direction and initiatives to support the business and its transformation.
  • Partner with key Finance contacts, regularly engaging with them alongside Systems Analysts to understand requirements and collaborate on system solutions.
  • Align financial processes across multiple functions of the business, including Operations, to ensure comprehensive end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, report progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure that appropriate risk management practices are applied to any improvements, projects or programmes and identified risks are mitigated or escalated.
  • Training and supporting employees in the use of our ERP system and other IT tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, IT processes, and training materials.
  • Analysis, optimization, and digitization of existing business processes.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, interfacing/integration, and best practices.
  • In‑depth knowledge of ERP system components, including modules, databases, and reporting, as well as skills in data management and integration.
  • Experience working with integration tools to troubleshoot and support integrations between D365 F&O and other business systems.
  • Microsoft certification is beneficial.
  • Competent in identifying, documenting and communicating technical requirements to developers and supporting deployments.
  • Experiance in managing projects and coordinating with various stakeholders involved in implementation and improving an ERP system.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for training users, collaborating with departments, and working with external support teams.
  • Open‑minded, methodical, conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of groups and disciplines seamlessly.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving requirements.
  • Availability to travel within Europe to different sites within the Destinus group.
  • Collaborative and curious approach to technical problem‑solving.
