Job Overview

Are you excited about shaping a large‑scale SAP landscape from the ground up and leading a multi‑year Greenfield transformation? In this senior role you will design and deliver a long‑term Greenfield SAP S/4

HANA program, accompanying clients from conceptual decisions through implementation, rollout, and enablement. Leveraging your expertise in SAP mass billing and contract accounting solutions (FI‑CA, PSCD, FSCD), you will build future‑proof financial processes and systems that set new standards in stability, scalability, and usability.

• Own complex consulting work streams within the multi‑year Greenfield initiative – analyze current business requirements, define target processes and architectures, and translate them into robust SAP FI‑CA solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end implementation, customization, configuration, steering change requests, and incident management in a growing system landscape.
• Assume (partial) project leadership, coordinate stakeholders across business and IT, and actively shape the project’s direction.
• Work closely with clients on site across German‑speaking Switzerland and become a long‑term, trusted partner throughout the transformation journey.

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in SAP consulting and complex transformation or Greenfield projects.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in SAP mass billing and contract accounting solutions (FI‑CA, PSCD, FSCD); experience with SAP IS‑U is a strong asset.
• Excellent German skills (essential).
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership presence, and passion for building sustainable solutions from scratch.
• Curiosity, drive, and ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams.
