岗位职责（React & 小程序方向）- 负责公司 Web 端和小程序端产品的前端开发与维护。
- 使用 React 构建高性能、可维护的用户界面。
- 基于微信 / 支付宝 / 字节跳动等平台开发和优化小程序功能。
- 与 BA 、后端工程师紧密协作。
- 持续优化前端性能和用户体验，解决跨平台兼容性问题。
- 参与技术选型与架构设计，推动前端技术发展。
- 3 年以上前端开发经验，熟练掌握 React，Next.js 框架及其生态（Hooks、Redux、React Router 等）。
- 熟悉至少一种主流小程序开发框架（如微信小程序）。
- 有良习惯和文档编写能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
- 有跨端开发经验（Web + 小程序）者优先。
- 有大型项目或组件库开发经验者优先。
