Team mission Localization and Communications Platform Team

Our mission is to build and scale the core infrastructure and tools that empower engineering, marketing, and supply teams to deliver consistent, personalized, and highly relevant communications across every channel — in every customer’s preferred language.

Team Scope
  • Consolidate platforms and infrastructure to scale our communication capabilities across internal teams as well as with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Design and standardize messaging templates and services through our Creative Platform to ensure consistent delivery of our Customer Value Proposition and RTB's.
  • Orchestrate messaging across multiple channels — including email, Whats App, SMS, and push notifications — based on the specific use case and customer journey context.
  • Build, maintain, and enrich our Customer Data Model to enable contextual, personalized, 1:1 communication at scale.
  • Integrate, maintain, and continuously improve our Translation Management System to support high-quality multilingual communication.
  • Drive the internationalization of our platform as we expand into new markets and locales.
Your mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team—partnering with fellow PMs, engineers, UX designers, researchers, and data experts. You will define and own the vision for our communications and localization platform, deeply understanding the needs of our customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver scalable, personalized 1:1 multi-channel communication experiences.

You’ll work closely with our UX team—product designers, researchers, and writers—to develop robust messaging systems, templates, and assets that are consistent, flexible, and impactful, driving long-term engagement, growth, and retention.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can imagine Get Your Guide  beyond its current state, advocate for our users, and turn a bold vision into reality.

Successful PMs at Get Your Guide  bring a growth mindset, create measurable business and customer impact, identify high-leverage opportunities, build alignment with stakeholders, and execute with clarity and urgency.

  • Develop and execute a clear strategy for your product area, define measurable goals, and take ownership of results. Drive long-term (12+ month) customer impact by identifying high-leverage, non-incremental opportunities.
  • Connect your product strategy to the company mission, translate it into actionable steps, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed. Build alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Use customer insights, market trends, and business data to guide decisions. Prioritize initiatives, refine the roadmap as new information emerges, and ensure the highest-impact work is delivered first.
  • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders by setting clear expectations and aligning them to your roadmap. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and secure organization-wide buy‑in.
  • Design and run experiments, A/B tests, and analyses to validate hypotheses and guide investment decisions. Use experimentation to drive learning and shape future product direction.
  • Advocate for customer needs at all levels, ensuring user perspectives shape strategic decisions. Communicate openly with teams and leadership, mentor others, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your toolkit
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated ownership over multiple product areas in a previous role, including responsibilities for strategy, KPI setup, goal-setting, and execution of the roadmap
