Senior C++ Engineer - Hardware / Low-Latency Trading Systems (HFT) Location:

A leading high-frequency trading firm is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to join its low-latency trading desk. This role sits at the intersection of hardware and software, focused on building ultra-fast systems that enable real-time trading across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimise latency-critical C++ systems
- Work across CPU/GPU layers and real-time data pipelines
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, networking, and trading teams
- Drive performance improvements across the full technology stack
- Expert level C++ development experience on Linux
- Deep understanding of system internals, CPU architecture, and compiler behaviour
- Experience with CUDA or GPU-based parallel computing
- Strong academic background:
Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a top-tier university. PhD preferred.
